Once upon a time, in the quaint town of Chester, England, there lived a skilled goldsmith whose hands wove magic into every piece of jewelry he crafted. Among his creations was a ring unlike any other seen before in the bustling streets of the city. In the year 1911, under the watchful gaze of Chester's ancient castle, the goldsmith fashioned a ring of glowing 9 karat gold, its design as unique as the secrets whispered by the ancient stones. At its heart lay a tall cabochon-cut chalcedony gem, its hue reminiscent of the soft green of spring leaves.

The ring measures 12.2 mm north to south and sits 8.3 mm off the finger, the chalcedony gem measures 11x11x7.4 mm deep and seems to hold within its depths the mysteries of nature itself. This one is fully hallmarked with the castle emblem of Chester, England, and the letter "L" denoting its creation in the year 1911, is is also marked "9" and ".375" for 9 karat gold. This size 6.5 ring weighs 3.7 grams.

This ring has a truly modern look and feel, but the hallmarks tell the tale of a timeless beauty and the enduring artistry of the hands that shaped it.
