Return Policy
Due To The Nature Of Antiques, Nothing I Sell Is Perfect. I make every reasonable effort to insure that my descriptions are as accurate as possible, and to point out flaws wherever I see them. All weights and measures are approximate. At no time would I ever knowingly misrepresent my property. If Property purchased is not satisfactory to the buyer for ANY REASON, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during return shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
Restocking Fee
We are reluctantly forced to charge a restocking fee that is equal to what the credit card companies charge us because they do not refund these fees to us when the charge is reversed, so as of 5/1/24 we will be charging a restocking fee of 3.5% on all items purchased with a Credit Card or through PayPal. While we almost never do, we also reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee on all items. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns about this. Restocking fee will be waived if the item is not as represented or if you would like store credit.
