A single turquoise stone sat in a golden setting on her finger as she grabbed the steering wheel. Her gypsy soul was impulsively venturing toward the sunset, until her tank of gas ran out. On and on she drove, drinking from an old water bottle and snacking on milk duds. She never turned back, always dreaming forward to the mystery of the future. She took few items with her on these road trips, but always that ring, and her sense of curiosity.
This antique Arts& Crafts turquoise solitaire ring was handcrafted in England around 1900. It showcases a beautiful turquoise stone, cabochon cut, oval in shape, and covered in a black and brown matrix. It is set in 9 karat gold with a face the shape of a pretty flower. The stone is 9.5 x 8 x 6 mm in size. The ring is a size 5.5 and weighs 2.9 grams. The ring face measures 16.2 x 12 mm. This piece has been professionally acid tested. Please note that there is a small repair to the shank where it meets the ring, this is visible in the photo of the back of the ring, it's the lower right side of the photo.
Treat yourself right! Wear turquoise. It holds endless possibilities of style.
