Vintage Danish Necklace and Bracelet by Volmer Bahner Silver Black Enamel

This silver and black enamel two piece set contains a collar with a matching bracelet. They were handcrafted in Denmark between 1962 and 1988 by Volmer Bahner, a Danish artist and designer. Together, both of these pieces weigh 42.4 grams. They both feature a black enameled tear drop motif, chain linked together in silver.

The collar measures 15 inches in length. It is fully hallmarked and bears the maker’s mark, “VB” for Volmer Bahner, the silver fineness mark, “STERLING”, and the origin mark, “DENMARK”. It measures 10 mm wide.

The bracelet measures 7.25 inches in length. It is also fully hallmarked and bears the maker’s mark, “VB” for Volmer Bahner, the silver fineness mark, “STERLING”, and the origin mark, “DENMARK”. It measures 13 mm wide.
